Good questions
How fast do you respond?
Someone answers the phone during business hours. Emails get a human reply within two hours. If something is stopping people from working, we're on it immediately.
Do we have to change our systems?
No. We start with what you have and only recommend a change when it will save you money or trouble. Plenty of clients are still happily on the systems they had when we met.
Can you come on site?
Yes. Most work happens remotely because it's faster, but new equipment, network changes, and office moves are done in person.
What if we want to leave?
One month's notice. You get your documentation, your accounts, and a handover call with whoever comes next.
